雖然說我們英語協會的發展狀況良好， 但其中存在的問題也是不容忽視的：
1、很多人的積極性下降，盡管會長方面很積極，但下面的卻有點懈怠，一方面由于期末臨近，大家忙于考試，無法再專心工作，對此表示理解。另一方面是經過了高強度的工作后產生畏懼心理， 在思想上出現了懈怠、甚至想退會的苗頭。
2、協會的獎罰措施不完善，可以說幾乎沒有。
骨干表現未能及時得到記錄和反應，平常會議不參加，甚至從未到場過。這使有些循規蹈矩的人產生抵觸與不滿情緒。這是我們以后工作中應該重視的一個點。相信在我們會長們，部長們， 干事的共同努力下， 我們協會的發展會越來越好， 協會的.人員都能從中學到東西，真真從中學到點東西。
3、協會各方面制度和部門的卻不夠靈活，配合不過默契。

回首20xx年xx月份我加入xx英語社團的工作以來，忙忙碌碌已度過將近一年了，不知不覺中已由懵懂的大一新生變成了大二中人，在社團工作的得與失也大概只有我自己最清楚。此時一回想，真是頓時唏噓萬千涌心頭。
當初加入英協的初衷就是因為英協能給自己發揮才能的舞臺，學習將來進入社會的實踐本領。因此從我加入英語協會以來， 我每次活動都參加，連最基本，而我認為是最重要的常規活動——早讀天天參加的，盡管偶爾會偷懶，但的確學到很多東西。因為我覺得加入英語協會最直接的目的就是提高自己的英語水平，而英協就是提供這樣活動的一個社團。我樂意跟別人一起奮斗，一起成長，我認為這何樂而不為! 但讓我有點失望的是能堅持天天過來讀書的人并不是很多， 而且天氣一冷，基本上是沒有什么人來參加了，最后堅持下來的基本上都成了英協領導層， 所以， 從這點看， 我覺得堅持到最后的人， 才是最后的贏家!
英協給予我許多鍛煉自我的平臺， 平常的早讀活動讓我的英語口語越來越來，以至于我在參加協會和其他院舉辦的比賽時都能順利應付，特別是英語角活動，讓我有更多的機會與外教接觸和交流， 提高我的口語水平，盡管我的英語現在依舊很爛，但我相信，我可以做得更好。

20xx年春節，是年味最淡的春節，卻也是家味最濃的春節。今年伊始，時間如同冰封一般，是遙遙無期的開學日期以及日復一日的居家隔離。出于疫情防控的特殊需要，全體教師投入在線教學，這對于習慣線下教學的老教師而言充滿挑戰，對于公外課程組兩位新教師而言卻充滿無限可能。
一、多媒結合保質量
在課程教學上，充分利用網絡平臺帶來的變革值得每一位大學教師關注。為了讓線上授課更精彩，保證大學英語教學質量，使學生能夠利用更好的英語學習資源，公外教師充分利用“智慧樹、We Learn隨行課堂、優學院”教學平臺等并輔之以“釘釘、騰訊QQ”等社交軟件，著力打造多媒結合的線上直播線下輔導模式。
二、創新舉措提氛圍
不同于線下教學，線上課堂師生之間有“一屏之隔”。為了確保教學質量，公外教師在教學內容、教學設計、教學方式、教學管理等方面不斷創新和改進。課前教師通過所在線上平臺不斷補充和優化在線課程教學資源，完善題庫建設，錄制微課視頻；課上積極營造教師與學生之間、學生與學生之間的互動，鼓勵學生積極參與問題討論，通過“課堂答疑、頭腦風暴”等培養學生英語創新思辨能力，與學生連麥檢測學生英語口語水平。值得一提的是線上課堂似乎拉近了師生距離，提高了師生配合程度。
三、全程監控抓成效
通過在線平臺教師端，及時了解學生上線學習進度、學習任務完成情況、在線發布“作業”并及時批閱和反饋，全程監控學生在線學習狀況。對于沒有達到教學要求的學生，通過平臺系統，及時向學生發布通知，提醒學生注意任務結點，加快學習進程。
（一）挖掘平臺，補充教學資源。充分利用智慧樹海量優質教學包編輯修改建課，完善視頻、課件，創建任務點，每日發放學生學習任務單，在線發布通知公告、討論學習問題；提供智慧樹平臺上的學習參考書目資源，供學生拓展專業知識；使用錄屏軟件自制教學視頻對線上教學資源進行動態補充，上傳專業課程相關的最新學習資料。
（二）細化過程，分段聚焦知識點。教學過程分解細化，課前通過英語故事等形式在課堂普及疫情防控小知識，激發學習興趣；課中結合內容通過討論、搶答、測試等環節檢測學生學習情況提高專注力，融入詞匯測試、寫作訓練、小組討論等版塊提高教學質量；課后可以根據任務單中提到的相關資料及網站進行查找，從中吸取靈感，并在規定時間將作業上傳到平臺中，培養自主性。
（三）合理搭配，適當調整單元順序。在教學過程中，對各個教學環節進行動態調整和完善，對部分單元課程進行了適當的調整，把有利于線上教學的.課程調至前幾周，課程先后順序也進行了階梯化合理搭配；同時調整原有課件聽說讀寫不同環節順序，適時推進進度。
六周的線上教學實踐充分發揮其打破地域限制、信息量大、可以反復觀看的特點，有效提高了學生自主學習的能力，同時也提升了老師們的信息化教學能力，雖然存在互動欠直觀的不足，但在疫情特殊時期不失為一種有效的新模式。

一、背誦必不可少
寫作的過程最后是一個輸出的過程，它跟同學們大腦的語料庫的積累，還有英文素材的積累和長期的修養是密不可分的。寫作就跟銀行存錢一樣，零存整取，一點點的存進去，最后取出來的時候可以一大把一大把的取。如果我們平時背范文、背句子、背單詞、背語法、背句型、背結構背得少，考前也沒有進行練習的話，那考試中肯定會遇到很多的困難。所以這里建議大家去背誦考前背誦范文，背五篇左右是打底的，背到滾瓜爛熟，脫口而出。
挑代表性范文
考前應該大范圍的進行準備，而不是把題目押到一兩個上面。但是也不要求全部背誦，只要把里面的作文大部分進行精讀和預覽就可以了，可以挑出代表題型，圖畫作文、英語作文、還有圖表作文以及提綱作文，至少每種各背一篇或者兩篇，加在一起背五到八篇的范文就可以了。
二、背誦加默寫
范文內容很多也很枯燥，大家背了之后不一定會寫，會寫不一定能寫的粗來，所以大量的背誦之后，還要在草稿紙上，筆記本上自己練一下。將背誦的內容訴至筆下，只需要這一遍的過程這篇內容就會在腦海里留下深刻印象，考生便無需再擔心背完又忘了的煩惱，同時一些常見的固定組合或者語法在默寫的過程中也會無形加深了印象。
默寫后查缺補漏
在默寫的過程中可能大家不會意識到自己出的錯，但是拿默寫的內容與原文比對時就很輕松可以發現存在的一些問題，包括拼寫錯誤、語法錯誤、甚至是標點符號的失誤，這是一個查缺補漏的好時機，爭取在考試之前就把這些自己習慣性會犯的錯誤檢查修改掉，考試中獲得分數的可能性就更大了。
三、仿寫練習
仿寫就是讓自己進入一個臨考的狀態，感受一下。因為作文是是考試的`第一項，作文如果沒有寫好可能會影響后面的發揮和分數，所以建議考生在上考場之前，把作文先練一下，這樣進入考試之后可能會更快的進入狀態。
分類提煉框架
